Onboarding Inspection

Know exactly what your rental needs before it goes to market

Every home we take on starts with a room-by-room walk. You get a photo inspection report and a priced make-ready worklist, so nothing is a guess and nothing is a surprise.

A documented baseline from day one

Before we lease your home, we walk it area by area. Each area gets a condition rating, plain-English notes, and photos. You receive two reports: an Inspection Report that records the home’s condition, and a Make-Ready Worklist that lists every item the home needs before it is ready to market, grouped by trade and priced.

Every area, photographed

Front yard to back fence, each area is rated Needs attention, Good, or For the record, with the photos filed under the area they show.

A priced worklist

Cleaning, blinds, repairs, yard and maintenance items, grouped by trade, each with a price and an estimated total.

Clear questions for you

If something does not match what we were told, such as appliances listed but missing, we ask you before we market the home.

How it works

1. We walk the home

One continuous pass, room by room, with notes and photos of every area.

2. You get the Inspection Report

Area-by-area condition, with every photo placed under the area it shows.

3. You approve the worklist

Review the priced make-ready items and answer our questions. Approved work gets scheduled.

4. It becomes the baseline

At move-in and move-out we compare against this record, so decisions rest on photos, not memory.
