<p>Blaze Real Estate & Property Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to handle service requests across our managed portfolio in the Texas Panhandle. You will work largely independently, respond to resident work orders, and keep our properties in excellent condition.</p>
<h3>What you will do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Complete resident work orders covering plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general repairs</li>
<li>Perform make-ready turns between residents, including drywall patching, paint, and fixture replacement</li>
<li>Diagnose issues on site and escalate to licensed vendors when a job falls outside scope</li>
<li>Document work performed, parts used, and time spent on every job</li>
<li>Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies</li>
</ul>
<h3>What we are looking for</h3>
<ul>
<li>Two or more years of hands-on maintenance experience, ideally in residential property management</li>
<li>Working knowledge of plumbing, basic electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting</li>
<li>Valid Texas driver license and a clean driving record</li>
<li>Your own basic hand tools</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 pounds and work from ladders</li>
<li>EPA 608 certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain it</li>
