<p>Blaze Real Estate & Property Management is hiring a Cleaning Technician to prepare vacant units for new residents and keep common areas presentable across our Amarillo-area properties. This role has a direct, visible impact on how quickly units lease.</p>
<h3>What you will do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Deep clean vacant units between residents, including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows, and floors</li>
<li>Prepare units to a photo-ready standard for listing and showings</li>
<li>Clean common areas, hallways, and laundry rooms at multifamily properties on a set schedule</li>
<li>Flag maintenance issues you spot during cleaning so they get fixed before move-in</li>
<li>Track supply usage and request restocks before you run out</li>
</ul>
<h3>What we are looking for</h3>
<ul>
<li>Prior cleaning experience, residential or commercial</li>
<li>An eye for detail and pride in finished work</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver license</li>
<li>Ability to lift 30 pounds and stay on your feet through a shift</li>
<li>Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision</li>
