BLAZE Property Management believes in straight forward pricing that won’t confuse you.
We use a Tiered Percentage for all single-family properties.
30% Lease Fee – Charged in the first month of a new lease. This covers all expenses to market, lease, and on-board the new resident. Here are a few of the things you will not be charged for – lockbox fees, key tracking fees, showing fees, marketing fees and ad reimbursements, admin fees for doing paperwork, signing fees, lease coordination fees, the list goes on and on. 30% that’s it. On a typical rental of $1000 that is $300 to get a highly screened and qualified tenant in your property.
20% Renewal Fee – This covers the cost of tracking down and getting an established tenant to sign a new lease. This protects both you and the resident. Giving you peace of mind and the resident a stable rent amount.
10% Management – This is the monthly fee and covers everything that we do. From the technology we use to the online reporting for everyone’s convenience.
