ADD A PROPERTY

For owners that already have an account with Blaze Real Estate we welcome your new properties and love that you have chosen to grow with us. 

Now you can add properties on the go. Fill out the form on this page and upload your closing sheet and the sellers disclosure so that we can begin adding the property to your portfolio. 

New properties added to existing portfolios will be added to your current contract. If the contract is month to month a new updated management contract will be sent to you shortly and include all of your properties, old and new. You will be notified of your current reserve amount and if additional reserve funds are needed on your account. 

Please fill out the form as completely and accurately as possible and include any documentation that may be requested.
